Poore Brothers Inc. has signed a licensing agreement with Panda Restaurant Group Inc. to develop, produce and sell snack food products under the Panda Express brand name. Poore Brothers plans to testmarket some of the Panda Express products, with an Asian flair, during the first half of 2006. Poore Brothers Inc. is a snack food manufacturer with facilities in Indiana and Arizona. Poore Brothers' other snack food brands include: T.G.I. Friday's, Cinnabon, Poore Brothers, Bob's Texas Style, Boulder Canyon Natural Foods and Tato Skins. The privately held Panda Restaurant Group operates more than 700 Panda Express restaurants in a territory that covers 37 states, Puerto Rico and Japan.
